Join Ice Cream Detroit for a glowing dinner experience in the gallery after-dark created by Chef Ryan Eli Salter.
Who says you can't have ice cream for dinner? This six-course plated meal will break all the rules with its unlikely pairings of ice cream flavors combined with seriously artisanal dishes.
This dinner is in celebration of the current exhibition, A Difficult Pair featuring Detroit artists George Vidas and Victoria Shaheen, which in part explores the relationship between both ceramic material and neon.
Guests have special access to the experience the exhibit after dark, highlighting the neon and sculptural objects as they illuminate the gallery into the evening hours.
